Romaine Lettuce

Romaine consists of long, upright, crisp leaves with a blunt tip. The leaves can be folded (cupped) and grouped into loose-like heads. The interior leaves can be more delicate and blanched than the outside leaves. Flavors ranging from tart-sweet, romaine is best served in a classic Cesar salad, Koren BBQ lettuce wraps, Vietnamese grilled/salad dishes, and more.
